Just started happening yesterday, but my client is a local municipality so my response is critical.
It's like the 48x is dropping it's IP causing all hell to break loose. The PRI begins to ring busy, the phones won't load the configs and I can't administer the system through LAN or WAN. As soon as I reboot the system, everything goes back to normal.
I see nothing in the logs that indicates any trouble.
I suppose it could be in the switch or in the router, or maybe another device is attempting to use the system's IP and causing a conflict? I haven't determined the amount of time that goes by before the issue reoccurs.
Any help at this point is greatly appreciated. Also, I will report back when I isolate the issue.

Re: 48x losing connection...
Should have looked at debug...
DDoS attack taxing the system to failure. Blocked the IP range, everything seems to be good.
