Default Admin Password at Console Not Working

I am not sure how this happened, but I am unable to get into the console at 192.168.2.254:8080 with my password.
Could a power outage cause problems? corrupt the password?

So far everything is working fine - but I just went to login to make some simple changes and I cant.

I read that safe mode and calling Allworx are basically the only way to get things straightened out - is this still correct?

Try a different browser and/or a different computer. If not, then you are limited to contacting Allworx to do a password reset or restoring a previous backup from Office Safe.
