now goes to CA first not Line Appearance Allworx 6X

Allworx 6X [older version, i have to look up]
phones 9224, 9212 and just added 9212L

Strangely, out of the blue, when you pick up a phone it now goes to the Call Appearance at the bottom instead of the Line Appearances at the top as it did before. On ALL phones.

Its been a very stable 6X with a simple setup; 6 analog lines, 3 independent people each have 2 lines apiece and a receptionist that has all lines. Each of the 3 main ppl have 2 lines in a line group for them and have permission for line appearance.

I know the trend is to use Call Appearances over Line Appearance, but they are old school and this is what they want. And I should mention the CA works fine, dial 9 and they get an outside line ; or push the Line Appearance and start dialing with out the 9 first. And can do dialpad dialing, uses CA though.

SO not like a huge deal, but they are all used to it going to their [2nd] Line Appearance first. Therefore all want it back to the way it was.

There have been no changes to this system for years, none needed, but did recently replace a 9212 with a 9212L [customer wanted backlight phone] and all went well with that. Not sure if that's a red herring or what caused it. Have tried reboots, unplugs, etc. Still the same.

Maybe this is something simple and I'm overthinking this one! Any thoughts appreciated.
