Telnyx confirmed they did not see outbound calls when it was giving me the 400 Bad Request. Do you see any other cause in that log?

Yes, I was using Wireshark to view the packet traces I captured in the Allworx. No traffic left the LAN.
I left the CO lines configured in case they decided to drop Telnyx and go back to AT&T lines off the new fiber modem (which would be delivered as copper). At this point, it's working and I don't even want to breathe on it!
